Shipping policy

1. What is the delivery time?

Local orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on product size and stock availability. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following working day. Timely delivery depends on product availability and payment authorization. In some cases, we may request additional verification before processing your order.

2. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Red Rivieras offers a flat rate of PKR 250 to the orders. For international shipping, real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Does the price include shipping charges?

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. The final amount shown includes both product and delivery charges.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp.

5. What shipping partners do you use?

Red Rivieras partners with PostEx for local deliveries and DHL for international shipments. Local orders arrive within 5–7 working days, and international orders within 12–14 working days.

6. What if I’m unavailable to receive my order?

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.
