Refund policy

At Red Rivieras, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications before completing their purchase.


EXCEPTIONS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY)

A claim may only be considered if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or
  • An incorrect product was delivered

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear evidence (images/video) must be provided

Upon verification, Red Rivieras reserves the right to:

  • Offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability, or
  • Provide a store credit at its sole discretion

No cash refunds will be issued.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

The following will not qualify for any claim:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting/screen differences
  • Damage due to misuse, washing, or improper care

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, no cancellations will be entertained

Red Rivieras reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment issues
